Welcome to CaseNote. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the service. By registering or using the service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
CaseNote provides LINE marketing tools for real estate agents, including AI housing copy generation, marketing image creation, bulk push notifications, customer segmentation, and automated follow-ups.
2. Account and Responsibility
- You must provide a true and valid email address for your account.
- Please keep your password secure. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred due to password leakage.
- Each account is for personal use only and may not be resold, lent, or shared.
3. Acceptable Use
The following actions are prohibited:
- Sending spam, harassment, fraud, illegal, or infringing content.
- Mass scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing payment mechanisms.
- Using the service for mass marketing unrelated to real estate agent business.
- Infringing upon others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy rights.
Violation of the above provisions may result in the suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The copyright for the service interface, code, trademarks, and copy templates belongs to the operator. The copyright for AI-generated content belongs to you; the service may use anonymous aggregate samples to improve product features, copy templates, and user experience, but will not use your content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any AI model, nor include any customer identification information. 5. Subscription and Payment
For details on payment plans, CaseNote credits consumption, and auto-renewal rules, please refer to the Payment Information. For refund rules, please refer to the Refund Policy.
6. Disclaimer
This service is provided 'as is' and does not guarantee to be completely error-free or uninterrupted. AI-generated copy is for reference only. You are responsible for verifying that the content complies with advertising laws, real estate brokerage management regulations, and other relevant laws. Users are solely responsible for any advertising disputes or legal liabilities arising from AI content.
7. Service Changes and Termination
The service reserves the right to change or terminate certain features after reasonable notice. Significant changes will be notified via email 30 days in advance. You may request account deletion by emailing support@404table.com; the request will be processed under section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any dispute, the Taichung District Court in Taiwan shall be the court of first instance jurisdiction.
